Johnson And Hawkins Counties, Elizabethton City, City Of Johnson City, City Of Kingsport And Greeneville City. A Stay At Home Directive Means Residents Should Stay At Home Unless Unless Engaged In Essential Activities Or To Report To Work At An Essential Business.
