The Order Means Everyone Must Stay At Home, Unless They Need Essentials Or Essential Services, As In Food, Medical Care, Or Essential Work. If Groups Of 10 Or More Are Found Congregating They Can Be Charged With A Class 1 Misdemeanor. As Of Monday, The State Has Confirmed One Thousand And Twenty Cases Of COVID-19 And 25 Deaths.
