The Washington County Virginia Sheriff’s Office Is Investigating A Stabbing In Abingdon. A Male Was Discovered Bleeding And Lying On The Floor Of A Home Located In The 17000 Block Of North Fork River Road. After Detectives Questioned The Occupants Of The Home 19 Year Old Cody Belcher Was Charged With Aggravated Malicious Wounding. Belcher Is Being Held In Jail Without Bond.
