Etsu Quillen College Of Medicine Dean, Dr. Bill Block, Is Pushing Local And State Leaders For A ‘Shelter At Home’ Order. He Said The Sooner People Can Lockdown At Home, The Lower The Curve Will Be During This Pandemic And The Less Lives Will Be Lost. Block Said This Would Mean People Could Leave Their Homes To Go To The Grocery Store Or Pharmacy, But Should Aim To Limit This To Once A Week Or Every Two. He’S Hoping Johnson City And Washington County Leaders Will Issue The Orders As Well As Other Cities And Counties.
