Bristol Tennessee Police Have Identified The Victim Of A Shooting This Past Weekend. 32 Year Old De’andrew Dowdell Was Shot In The Chin In The 1200 Block Of Windsor Avenue Saturday Night. Dowdell Remains In An Area Hospital And His Condition Is Unknown. Police Believe The Shooting Was An Isolated Incident. It Remains Under Investigation.
