The Northeast Tennessee Regional Health Department Has Confirmed A Second Case Of COVID-19 In Washington County Tennessee. This Comes After Ballad Health Announced The First Case In Washington County And Tusculum University Confirmed One Of Its Students Tested Positive This Morning. There Are Now A Total Of Four Cases In The Tri-Cities Region.
