The 39.8 Billion Dollar State Budget Includes Funds For The Ashe Street Courthouse. The Building Was Home To The Former Post Office, Courthouse And 911 Communications Center. It’s More Than 100 Years Old. Local Officials Hope To Use The Building As A Community Space For Entrepreneurs.
