Captain Andy Seabolt Said In A Statement The Investigation Remains Ongoing, So Information Cannot Be Released. Evelyn’s Mother Remains In The Sullivan County Jail With No New Charges At This Time. Megan’s Mother Angela And Her Boyfriend William Currently Remain Out On Bond.
