Wise County Virginia Leaders Have Given The Greenlight To The Planning And Design Phase For The Former J.J. Kelly High School Building. The Building Will Now Be Used As A Multi-Purpose Facility With An Expected Price Tag Of 25-Million Dollars. The Project Will Be Funded By 2-Cents Of A Proposed 7-Cent Real Estate Tax Hike.
