The Agency Has Two Options One Involves Offering HomeTrust 500 Thousand Dollars In September And An Additional 100 Thousand For The Next Three Years. The Second Option Would Be Requesting A Loan From The City Of Johnson City, Offering HomeTrust 600 Thousand With Two Years Of Extra 100 Thousand Principal Payments. The Full Board Will Meet On Friday To Discuss Options.
