The Kingsport Police Department Is Asking For Help Locating A Convicted Felon. 45 Year Old Troy Hollins Allegedly Bit And Seriously Injured Two Of His Ex-Girlfriend’s Cats, And Stole Two Handguns From Her Residence. Hollins Is Charged With Two Counts Felony Aggravated Animal Cruelty, And One Count Of Felony Theft Over One Thousand Dollars. Collins Has Shown Violent Tendencies And Is Considered Armed And Dangerous. Anyone With Information Should Call 911
