The Kingsport Police Department Believes At Least One Of Two Missing 16-Year-Old Girls Could Be In The Company Of A Known Fugitive. Krysten Atkins And Stephanie Ingram Were Last Seen On February 22nd Walking In The 400 Block Of New Beason Well Road. Authorities Have Reason To Think At Least One Of The Girls May Be With 33 Year Old Roberto Horton Who Is Wanted On Felony Charges.
