The Bristol Virginia School Board Has Finalized A 30-Million Dollar Spending Plan For The Upcoming Fiscal Year Starting July 1st. The Budget Includes A Proposed Pay Increase For Teachers And Hourly Employees. Under The Proposal, No Hourly Employee Will Make Less Than $11 An Hour And Beginning Teacher Pay Will Exceed 39-Thousand Dollars Annually. The proposed budget Will Now Have To Go Before The City Council For Final Approval Next Month
