Kingsport City Leaders Are Working To Decide Whether Or Not To Move The May Election Day To Coincide With The National Elections In August Or November. Johnson City And Bristol Have Already Moved Their Dates And Bluff City Is Planning A Similar Change. If The Board Of Mayor And Aldermen Decides To Move Forward With The Change, It Would Be Done Using An Ordinance That Requires Two Readings.
