A Resolution In Hawkins County That Would Make The County’S Part-Time Juvenile Judge Full-Time Has Been Returned To The Personnel Committee Again For Further Discussion. It Will Cost The County More Than 100-Thousand Dollars Annually To Make The Position Full-Time. Judge Daniel Boyd Rejected A Compromise That Would Leave It Up To The County Commission On An Annual Basis To Decide If The Position Should Be Full Or Part-Time.
