A Federal Judge In Abingdon Virginia Has Put The Murder Trial Of James Jordan On Hold After Ordering More Mental Testing And Treatment. Jordan Is Accused Of Killing One Person And Injuring Another On The Appalachian Trail In Wythe County Last May. The Judge Ask For The Treatments And Tests To Be Extended For Four Months Under The Direction Of The Bureau Of Prisons. Jordan Has Been Receiving Treatments Since His Arrest Last Summer To See If He Suffers From Any Mental Disorder That Would Mean He Was Incompetent To Stand Trial.
