Evelyn Bosewell’s Grandmother Has Been Arraigned In A Sullivan County Court. 42 Year Old Angela Boswell Was Arrested On Charges Of Theft Of Property Over 25 Hundred Dollars, After The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation Issued A BOLO For The BMW She And William McCloud Were Traveling In. Both Were Arrested In North Carolina And Extradited Back To Sullivan County. Boswell’s Bond Was Set At Five Thousand Dollars With The Condition She Wear A Ankle Monitor. She Is Due Back In Kingsport General Sessions Court Thursday.
