Meanwhile, County Leaders Approved The Purchase Of A Former Bank Building In Downtown Kingsport To House A New Satellite Clerk’s Office. This Will Allow Folks To Renew Their License Plates At A Drive-Up Window. The New Location Will Be On Clay Street In The Former Horizon Credit Union Building.
