Sullivan County Is Considering Moving Its Kingsport Clerk Office Out Of City Hall On West Center Street To A Former Bank Building On Clay Street. The Move Would Cost 400-Thousand Dollars But Would Cut Maintenance Costs. This Would Allow Drive-Up Service, Which Is Only Currently Available In Blountville. The Change Would Also Provide More Room For The Issuance Of Tags.
