A Hawkins County General Sessions Court Judge Has Reduced Murder Charges Against Two Men Accused In The December 16 Shooting Death Of 22 Year Old Ashley Vick. Judge Todd Ross Ordered Charges Of Second Degree Murder Against Patrick Charlton And Bradley Addington To Be Bound Over To A Grand Jury. The Female’s Body Was Found In A Ditch Beside The Road Near Tranbarger Road. An Autopsy Showed Vick Died Of Two Gunshot Wounds To The Head And Ruled The Death A Homicide. Charlton Allegedly Told Investigators He Initially Shot Vick By Accident And Then Shot Her A Second Time In The Head Because He Didn’t Want To See Her In Pain. Both Men Are Being Held On A Half-A-Million Dollars Bond.
