Several Bluff City Residents Are Voicing Concerns Over Water Safety At The Town’S Water Department After It Failed To Meet Monitoring Requirements With The Tennessee Department Of Conservation. The Department Was Late Submitting Required Monthly Reports To The State. Bluff City Mayor Irene Wells Said The Violations And Late Reports Were Caused By Personnel Changes. The Person Who Was Over The Department Left In January. Wells Said The Water Is Drinkable And The City Is Searching For A Replacement By The End Of This Month.
