Bristol Virginia Leaders Are Expected To Discuss A Referendum Tonight For A Proposed 20-Million Dollar Elementary School. The New School Would Be Located On Land Adjacent To Van Pelt Elementary. The City Council Voted In December To Support The Referendum As Well As A School Board Plan To Fund The School Through The Virginia Public-Private Education Facilities And Infrastructure Act. If Tonight’S Consensus Allows For It, City Leaders Will Meet Again To Formally Vote On The Referendum. The Meeting Begins At 6 Pm.
