A Washington County Tennessee Grand Jury Has Indicted A Johnson City Couple For Allegedly Neglecting Their Adult Son. Danny And Elisa Davis Are Charged With Gross Negligence Of An Impaired Adult That Resulted In Serious Mental Or Physical Harm Of Dustin Davis. The Couple Indicated In Court Filings That A Psychological Exam Of Their Son Found Him Not To Be Impaired Or Disabled. Danny Davis Was Previously Convicted In 2009, Of Skimming 240-Thousand Dollars In A Bid-Rigging Scheme. The Couple Will Appear Back In Court February 11th.
