Two Discrimination Lawsuits Filed Against The Town Of Abingdon Virginia Have Been Dismissed In U.S. District Court. Former Town Attorney Deborah Icenhour And Former Town Manager Greg Kelly Filed Separate Suits Against The Town. Kelly’S Case Was Dismissed Except For A Breach-Of-Contract Claim. All Counts In The Icenhour Case Have Been Dismissed.
