A Kingsport Woman Riding A Mobility Chair On West Stone Drive Has Died After Being Struck By A Vehicle. The Incident Occurred Sunday Night When 50 Year Old Paula Collier Was Crossing The Road And Went Into The Path Of A Sedan Near The Intersection Of Fairmount Avenue. Collier Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene. The Driver Of The Vehicle Was Not Injured. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
