Bristol Virginia City Residents Could Soon Get The Chance To Decide On Whether Or Not The City Should Construct A New Controversial 20-Million Dollar Elementary School. According To City Manager Randy Eads, A Vote Was Taken December 10Th On The Referendum And Passed. Now Eads Said He Will Draft Language For A Referendum Reading. School Superintendent Keith Perrigan Has Warned A Referendum Would Kill The Project And The School Board Would Have To Start From Scratch.
