Bristol Virginia City Manager And The Commonwealth’s Attorney Are Declining To Release An Investigative Report Concerning The Death Of A Man Who Was Killed During An Altercation With Police. 40 Year Old Fredrick Sullins Of Bristol Tennessee Died After Running From Police In December And Being Tackled By An Officer After He Failed To Comply. Virginia State Police Conducted An Investigation And That Report Has Been Turned Over To Commonwealth’s Attorney Jerry Wolfe. Wolfe Said Sullins Death Was Accidental. City Manager Randy Eads Has Said He Has The Discretion To Not Release The Report.
