A Truck Driving School May Be On Its Way To The Campus Of The Tennessee College Of Applied Science At Phipps Bend. This Is One Of Several New Programs Trying To Be Established At That Campus This Fall. School Officials Say The Program Has To Be Up And Running By May 1St Or It’Ll Have To Be Delayed Until After The Accreditation Process Is Over.
