The Carter County Recycling Center Is Set To Open Next Month. The Facility Has Been Closed Since A Fire In August. The New Facility Will Be Located Across From The Old One. The New Building Will Cost The County 430-Thousand. The Recycling Center Is Scheduled To Open February 1st.
