Two More Miles Of Sidewalk Will Be Installed On East Stone Drive In Kingsport This Summer. The Tennessee Department Of Transportation Is Providing A 1.5 Million Dollar Grant That Will Pay 95-Percent Of The Installation Cost Of The Pedestrian Walkway From Clinchfield Street To Texas Roadhouse. The Remaining 80-Thousand Dollars For The Sidewalk Will Be Funded By The Taxpayers. A Construction Date Has Not Yet Been Announced.
