A Federal Jury In U.S. District Court In Greeneville Has Re-Indicted A Limestone Tennessee Man. A Superseding Indictment Has Marc Skeen Charged With Robbery, Discharging A Firearm During A Crime Of Violence And Being A Convicted Felon In Possession Of A Firearm. These Are The Same Counts He Was Indicted On In October. He’s Accused Of Holding A Clerk At Gunpoint At The Stop In Market On South Roan Street. He Allegedly Fired The Weapon Inside The Store. He Held Officers At Bay For Several Hours Before Being Taken Into Custody. He Will Appear In Federal Court At A Later Date.
