A Judge Has Granted A Continuance In The Right-Of-Way Legal Battle Between The City Of Kingsport And Four Ballad Health Protestors. In November, The Board Of Mayor And Aldermen Introduced A City Ordinance Prohibiting Temporary Or Permanent Structures From Being Placed On The Public Right-Of-Way. Four Cited Peaceful Protestors Filed Motions Opposing The Continuance And Filed A Motion To Dismiss. The Case Has Been Continued Until February 12Th.
