The Nearly Two Year Plan Calls For Changing Some Areas To Mixed-Use To Allow Commercial, Residential Or A Combination Of Uses On A Single Cite. This Would Help The Redevelopment Of Several Sites And Areas, Including The Former Bristol Mall. The Idea Is Still Being Discussed.
