An Elizabethton Man Is Facing Charges After Biting An Officers Finger During A Field Sobriety Test. 26 Year Old Nicholas Oliver Was Stopped By Elizabethton Police After They Noticed His Vehicle Had No Front Passenger Side Tire. Oliver Reportedly Smelled Strongly Of Alcohol And Was Ask To Perform A Field Sobriety Test. During The Test, He Attempted To Run Then Scuffled With Officers, Biting One On The Finger. Oliver Is Facing Multiple Charges Including Second Offense Dui And Resisting Arrest. He Is Scheduled To Appear In Court January 28th.
