A New Petition Has Been Filed By The Owner Of Intimate Treasures To Have An Appeal Reheard Regarding The Opening Of A Lingerie Store At The Sunnydale Subdivision In Bristol Tennessee. The State Appeals Court Issued An Opinion Last Month Affirming The Lower Court’S Ruling The Store Could Not Open In The Subdivision. A Lawsuit Was Filed In 2017 By Ritchie And Roma Phillips, Who Live In The Subdivision. A Hearing Date For The Petition Hasn’T Been Announced.
