Virginia State Police Are Investigating An Arrest In Bristol Virginia That Left A Suspect With Serious Injuries. According To City Police Captain, Maynard Ratcliff, The Incident Occurred Saturday Night. The Suspect Fled A Traffic Stop, Led Officers On A Short Vehicle Pursuit, Then Fled On Foot. The Suspect Was Tackled And Received Possible Head Injuries. The Incident Remains Under Investigation.
