Authorities Said A Car Being Driven In The Wrong Direction On Interstate 26 By 98-Year-Old Orval Quisenberry Struck A Large Suv Head On Being Driven By A 16-Year-Old Kingsport Girl. Quisenberry Died And The Juvenile Received Non-Life Threatening Injuries.
