Johnson City Leaders Have Approved An Ordinance On First Reading That Will Help Kick Off A Planned Boones Creek Retail Development. It Would Take Advantage Of The State’S Regional Retail Tourism Development District Act. Under The Ordinance, The State Will All Of The Incentives Resulting In The City Gaining Increased Sales And Property Taxes. The City Commission Will Have To Vote On It Tow More Times Before It Can Move Forward.
