The Unicoi County Sheriff’S Office Has Found A Body With A Backpack Close By Belonging To A Missing County Man. The Body Was Found Off Little Mountain Road. Sheriff Mike Hensley Says A Backpack Containing Items Belonging To Luc Vance Was Located At The Scene. Vance Was Reported Missing From His Home In Late October.
