The Tennessee Board Of Regents Has Approved New Training Programs At The Tennessee College Of Applied Technology at Elizabethton. A New Diesel-Powered Equipment Program And Welding Technology Programs Will Be Based At High Schools In Johnson And Unicoi Counties. They Are Expected To Be Available Next Year.
