The Father Of Kayla, Richard Hodges And His Friend, Suzanne Polkinghorn Are Charged With Felony Child Neglect. She’S Believed To Have Been A Victim Of Cyber Bullying. In Dye’S Case, His Mother, Janet Osbourne And His Stepfather, Jason Osbourne Are Also Charged With Felony Child Abuse. Authorities Say The Four, Failed To Make Sure The Teens Followed A Treatment Plan To Cope With Previous Mental Health Issues And Suicidal Thoughts.
