Four Protesters In Front Of Holston Valley Medical Center In Kingsport Have Been Issued Citations For Violating A Recently Passed City Ordinance, Which Prohibits Temporary Or Permanent Structures Placed On Public Right Of Ways. Earlier Last Week Protesters Were Issued A Warning And Asked To Come Into Voluntary Compliance With The Ordinance Within 24 Hours. According To The Citation All Four Are To Appear In Court January 8Th.
