Ground Has Been Broken On A 25-Million Dollar 264-Unit Apartment Complex In Johnson City. The Complex Is Being Called “Universal At Mockingbird” And Will Be Situated On 15-Acres Of Land Near The Mall. The First Phase Of The Project Is Expected To Be Finished By The Fourth-Quarter Of Next Year With The Entire Project Completed In Early 2022.
