The Virginia Department Of Transportation Has Installed Flashing Road Signs On Interstate 81 Near Abingdon To Warn Drivers Of Curves Ahead. They Are Located At Mile Marker 18 In Both Directions. This Is Part Of A Roughly 170-Thousand Dollar Initiative To Install The Signs At Four Locations Throughout Washington And Wythe Counties.
