A Federal Grand Jury Has Indicted A Limestone Man Accused Of Holding A Johnson City Gas Station Clerk Hostage Earlier This Year. 35 Year Old Marc Skeen Is Charged With Interfering With Commerce By Threats Or Violence, Discharging A Firearm In The Furtherance Of The Crime Of Violence As Charged And Being A Convicted Felon In Possession Of A Firearm. The Charges Stem From A July 29Th Incident At The Stop In Market On South Roan Street In Which Skeen Allegedly Held The Clerk Hostage For Six Hours. He’s Scheduled To Appear In Criminal Court Again March 20Th And A Federal Trial Date Is Set For January 28Th.
