The New Recycling Center In Carter County Is Preparing To Open By The First Of Next Year, But Until Then The Previous Building Will Reopen Temporarily. They Will Be Open Monday Through Friday From 8 Am Until 3 pm And Accepting Cardboard Only. The Schedule Will Change If Temperatures Fall Below The Twenties. The New Center Is Scheduled To Be Up And Running By January 1st, 2020.
