The Oxbow Center At University Of Virginia’S College At Wise Has Reopened As A High-Tech Facility. It Will Function As A Technology Business Startup To Help Promote Economic Growth. It’S The First Co-Working Facility Of Its Kind In The Seven-County Region Of Far Southwest Virginia. It Will Partner With The Center For Innovative Technologies, Atomicorp, Mapcom Systems, The Virginia Tobacco Commission And Clinch River State Park.
