A Tennessee Court Of Appeals Judge Has Ruled Greene County Clerk & Master Kay Armstrong Should Be Reimbursed For Out-Of-Pocket Expenses In The Lawsuit Against The County. The Initial Suit Seeking Additional Staffing Was Filed By Armstrong Against Former Greene County Mayor David Crum In 2017. A Judge Ruled In Armstrong’S Favor And Ordered An Additional Full-Time Deputy Position Be Added.
