Preliminary Work Is Set To Begin In The Next Two Years In Bristol Tennessee On A Roadway That Would Connect Highway 11E At Bristol Motor Speedway To U.S. 11E In The Area Of The Bristol Regional Medical Center And The Pinnacle. The Project Will Widen The Existing Bethel Drive, Carden Hollow Road, And Walnut Hill Road. Construction Could Begin As Early As 2028.
