A Johnson City Man Who Allegedly Set His Own Residence On Fire Is Charged With Arson. 38 Year Old Richard Aldridge Was Arrested After Police Found Him Standing In The Driveway Of A Burning Home Sunday Night. Aldridge Who Rents The Home On East 7th Avenue Reportedly Told Officers He Had Set The Fire By Pouring Gasoline On Clothes In A Bedroom And The Kitchen Floor. He Is Scheduled To Appear In Court Tuesday Afternoon.
